End User License Agreement (EULA)

SolarVox EULA v1.0

By installing or using SolarVox (“Software”), you agree to the following terms:

1. License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your devices. Backup copies for personal use are allowed. You may not distribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or remove copyrights.

2. Restrictions: Do not use the Software to harm devices, distribute malware, or bypass security. Some features may require third-party modules, which are subject to their own licenses.

3. Ownership: The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights remain with SolarVox.

4. Updates: Updates may be provided at the Developer’s discretion and are governed by this EULA unless stated otherwise.

5. Warranty & Liability: The Software is provided “AS IS”. SolarVox is not responsible for data loss, system damage, or other issues. Liability is limited to any amount paid for the Software, if applicable.

6. Termination: You may terminate by deleting all copies. SolarVox may terminate this license if terms are violated.

7. Governing Law: This EULA is governed by local laws or the Developer’s home jurisdiction.
